Where we get personal information from

  • Directly from you

How long we keep information

We will only keep your data as long as we need it.

  • If you ask us to remove you from one of our mailing lists, we will do it as soon as practically possible and at maximum within 28 days.

  • If you inform us that you no longer want to be a member or player of the orchestra, we will remove you from our membership database, we will do it as soon as practically possible and at maximum within 28 days.
